Brad Bull is the Broker/Owner of Blue Creek Realty Group, LLC. Brad is a native of Brilliant, Alabama, a small community located in Northwest Alabama. Besides being a licensed real estate broker, he has an education that consists of a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, with a concentration in Environmental Engineering, and a minor degree in general business, all from the University of Alabama. Brad also has several years experience in the construction and development business, having served as Assistant Project Manager for the Pate Company, a Tuscaloosa-based commercial real estate development firm.

Outside of his duties as Broker for Blue Creek, Brad specializes in all aspects of commercial and investment properties. He has extensive experience in assisting clients with raw land, buildings, commercial and residential development, and leasing.

Brad and his wife Felisha, owner of Amy's Florist in Tuscaloosa, and their daughter Brooke, live in Northport.

Kimberly Davis is a full-time sales associate that specializes in residential properties. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Alabama Association of Realtors, the Tuscaloosa Association of Realtors, Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, the Council of Residential Specialists and was elected to the Tuscaloosa Association of Realtors Board of Directors in November of 2007..

Prior to obtaining her real estate license in 2004, Kimberly was employed by the Credit Union of Alabama, formerly BF Goodrich Employee’s Federal Credit Union for 10 years. Since becoming a Realtor, Kimberly has dedicated herself to becoming the best. In addition to providing unparalleled customer service, her continuing desire for educational excellence is obvious. Kimberly has attained the Accredited Buyer Representative designation, Graduate Realtor Institute designation, Certified Residential Specialist designation and was the 2005 recipient of the Tuscaloosa Association of Realtors Arthur B. Pope Education Achievement Award.

Kimberly affiliated herself with Blue Creek Realty Group at its inception in November 2005. Jack Ryan has given over 15 years service helping people buy and sell homes in Tuscaloosa County. With some 1500 transactions behind him, Jack has plenty of experience to help guide you in selling or buying a home. Jack has lived in Tuscaloosa for 30 years first as the Aquatic Director at the University of Alabama where he brought the first NCAA Division 1 championship to the Alabama campus, and then as one of Tuscaloosa’s most successful real estate salesmen.

Besides Tuscaloosa, Jack has lived in Columbus Ohio; Gainesville, Florida; West Point, New York; Chapel Hill, North Carolina; Andover and Boston, Massachusetts; and Indianapolis, Indiana. He was educated at Phillips Academy Andover and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Jack’s wife Miry has worked in international and domestic sales and research and design at Tuscaloosa’s Phifer Incorporated for 25 years. Jack has two daughters, Meaghan, an attorney in Birmingham, and Eileen, a teacher in Tuscaloosa.
